हरिद्वार। जनपद में ट्रेजरी वार्ड में तैनात सिपाही ने गोली मारकर आत्महत्या कर ली। सूचना मिलने पर एसएसपी समेत अन्य अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचे। मामले की जांच में पुलिस जुटी है।
मिली जानकारी के अनुसार रोशनाबाद कोषागार के डबल लॉक की सुरक्षा गार्द में तैनात सिपाही सुनील कुमार ने सरकारी राइफल (थ्री नोट थ्री) से गोली मारकर आत्महत्या कर ली। सूचना पर एसएसपी समेत आला अधिकारियों ने घटनास्थल का मुआयना किया। पुलिस अधिकारी के मुताबिक सिपाही के बेटे का कुछ समय पहले एक्सीडेंट हुआ था और घर से भी तनाव चल रहा था।
एसएसपी सेंथिल अबूदई कृष्णराज एस के मुताबिक सिपाही सिपाही सुनील कलक्ट्रेट के ट्रेजरी गार्ड में तैनात था। बुधवार की सुबह उसने खुद को गोली मारकर आत्महत्या कर ली।
सूचना मिलते ही एसएसपी सेंथिल अबूदई कृष्णराज एस, एसपी सिटी कमलेश उपाध्याय, सीओ सदर डॉक्टर विशाखा अशोक भदाणे समेत अन्य पुलिस व प्रशासनिक अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचे। ट्रेजरी गार्ड में दस्तावेजों की सुरक्षा के लिए पुलिस कर्मी तैनात रहते हैं।
