श्रीनगर। सतपुली के नयार नदी में एक मानसिक रूप से दिव्यांग महिला की डूबने से मौत हो गई। बताया जा रहा है कि दिव्यांग महिला देर शाम सतपुली बाजार में देखी गई थी। सुबह महिला का शव नदी से मिला है। पुलिस महिला के शिनाख्त के प्रयास कर रही है।
जानकारी के अनुसार महिला ने रविवार सुबह 19 सितंबर को आत्महत्या का प्रयास किया था। लेकिन तब दो युवाओं ने उसे बचा लिया था। लोगों ने इस बारे में पुलिस को भी सूचित किया था। पुलिस को महिला द्वारा सुबह 10 बजे के आसपास नदी में डूबने की खबर मिली थी। जिन युवाओं ने सुबह उस महिला को बचाया गया था, उन्हीं ने फिर से पुलिस को महिला के डूबने की सूचना दी और उसे नदी से बाहर निकाला। सूचना पाकर मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस और 108 की टीम ने महिला की जांच पड़ताल की लेकिन महिला की मौत हो चुकी थी। वहीं, सतपुली पुलिस ने महिला के शव को अस्पताल पहुंचा दिया है। मामला राजस्व क्षेत्र होने के कारण पुलिस ने राजस्व विभाग को सूचना दे दी है। अब राजस्व विभाग इस मामले में आगे की कार्रवाई करेगा।
